GR Energy Services optimizes wireline pumpdown perforating with unmatched technology and operating flexibility while fully uniting wellsite personnel. The ZipIn* high-efficiency pumpdown service integrates a rugged equipment package, real-time communications and field-proven crews to reduce risk and deliver completions in less time with lower overall cost.
ZipIn pumpdown units are equipped with ultra-reliable 2,250-bhp quintuplex pumps that can reduce or eliminate the need for additional boost pumps on location. ZipIn pumps are laptop controlled from anywhere on location with custom data acquisition software to record rate, pressure and volumes. The boost pumps are fully contained within the control system so that all pump communications are streamlined into a single interface. The interface offers improved visibility and drives efficiencies during pumpdown operations. All data is stored in the Cloud and deliverable in graphical reports and spreadsheets for real-time or future analysis.
Every ZipIn unit is fully integrated with the GR ZipVision* wellsite communications solution to transmit pump rate, pressure and volume information to any wellsite, field or office location.
GR ZipIn high-efficiency pumpdown services have been proven safer and more efficient for frac operations, DFITs, toe preps, coil/rig-assist drillouts, defensive fracs, spotting acid and other operations.
