Wayne Richards
With more than 40 years of experience throughout the oilfield services sector, Mr. Richards currently serves as President and CEO of GR Energy Services. Previously, he was President and CEO of Global Oilfield Services, a Pine Brook portfolio company that was sold to Halliburton in November 2011. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Vetco International Ltd., a private equity–backed company that was sold to General Electric in 2006.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Richards spent 25 years in a number of senior operational and sales and marketing positions at Schlumberger, including Vice President of Well Completions, Testing and Lift Systems for North and South America; Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Well Completions and Productivity; Vice President and General Manager of U.S. land operations; and Director of Personnel for North America wireline and testing operations.
Mr. Richards currently serves as a member of the West Virginia University Engineering Advisory Board and as a director of the West Virginia University Foundation Board. He on the Advisory Board at Energy Workforce & Technology Council, is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and has held executive leadership roles with Spindletop International.
Mr. Richards holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University.

Peter Goode
Dr. Goode brings 40 years of experience in the oilfield services industry, including having recently co-founded and built Global Oilfield Services, a leadership U.S. ESP company, which was sold to Halliburton in November 2011.
Dr. Goode has extensive international experience at the Board level and in senior management, as well as in petroleum engineering and research. His professional roles include a number of positions with Schlumberger between 1985 and 2003 in the U.S., Indonesia and the U.K., including President – Well Completion and Productivity, President – Information Solutions, and President – Reservoir Management.
Dr. Goode also held various positions at Santos Ltd. in Australia between 1979 and 1995, including the position of General Manager – Petroleum Development and Planning. Between 2004 and 2007, Dr. Goode was President and CEO of Vetco International Ltd., an international oilfield services company with revenue of approximately $3 billion per year and with business in 34 countries. More recently, Dr. Goode managed and advised private equity businesses on oil and gas investment, including at Arle Capital, Candover Equity Partners and Pine Brook Road Partners.
Dr. Goode studied applied mathematics and computing science at the University of Adelaide, then completed a Ph.D. in petroleum engineering at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, U.K.

Jay Brown
With more than 27 years of operational, corporate finance and transactional experience, Mr. Brown currently serves as CFO of GR Energy Services. Previously, he served as interim CFO and as a financial consultant at Dan-Loc Group, a leading energy equipment manufacturing company. He has also served as chief investment officer and director for various operating, private equity, investment banking and consulting entities. During his tenure as CIO of Equus Total Return, he served on various Boards of portfolio companies. He has been involved in more than 40 middle-market M&A, management buyout, divestiture and capital sourcing transactions with values exceeding $450 million. Mr. Brown has experience in a variety of industries, including upstream and midstream energy services, manufacturing, retail, E&P, and industrial goods and services.
Mr. Brown holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
